1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any products or services offered by Blackridge Autonomy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”), including ProposalForge, SiteAuditPro, ShipKit, and DocParseAPI (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Blackridge Autonomy LLC provides cloud-based software tools for businesses, including AI-powered proposal generation, website auditing, SaaS starter kits, and document parsing APIs. Services are provided on both subscription and one-time purchase bases as described on our pricing pages.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid Services are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Services. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe upon the rights of others, to transmit harmful code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Blackridge Autonomy LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. For ShipKit purchases, you receive a per-developer license to use the source code in your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the starter kits.

8. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to our Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Services. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackridge Autonomy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of your current billing period. ShipKit purchases are perpetual and are not affected by account termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
